Ah, the classic life-happens scenario. Unfortunately, all ticket purchases are final, and we don’t offer refunds. BUT, if the weather is not to your liking, your plans change, or your couch starts calling your name, you’re more than welcome to transfer your tickets to a different screening!
Just make sure you do it before the movie starts. Simply log into your account (or create an account under the email address you booked with) and voilà, you can switch your tickets. Please see here for how to transfer your tickets.
Once the movie has started, this option will disappear, and you'll need to contact our wonderful support team via info@rooftopfilmclub.com for further assistance.
Alternatively, if you can’t make it but know someone who deserves a rooftop movie night just email them your tickets. Sharing is caring after all. No need to worry about changing the name on the ticket - they can roll on in like they bought the tickets themselves. Easy peasy!
